Had seats in 103 for a Minnesota Vikings game a couple of seasons ago; my first and only game at Bank of America Stadium. We were really close to the player tunnel the Panthers ran out of before the game. Very cool. The Vikings used the tunnel in the right corner. There were a couple of great touchdown runs down in front of us; the Vikings ended up winning by a field goal. The seats are pretty standard to what I've found everywhere else at other NFL stadiums I've visited. Every seat in our section had it's own drink holder. The fans at least in our section, however, were a very "wine and cheese" crowd, almost like what you see at tennis matches. Hard to imagine that the Panthers ever have a home field advantage here for home games.
One concession I really liked was JJR BBQ, they had various locations throughout the stadium but the biggest one wasn't far from our seats. As a facility, Bank of America is a good well kept stadium but not great. It was just as bland as LP Field in Nashville where the Titans play. Symmetrically, it's pleasing and is in good proximity to Uptown Charlotte, I also liked the Panther Blue seats and the pep band. Still, nothing like Heinz Field or Lambeau. You will still enjoy section 103's location in the end zone. It's a pretty small section so you will never feel too crowded or overwhelmed by the fans in this area.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 103, here are two Youtube videos shot from there during Panthers games at Bank of America Stadium.
