View isn't the best from these seats but I was just happy to finally get to see the Cavs live and in person. Been a Cavs fan for as long as I can remember. Even though it may look like these seats are near the floor, they aren't. The string of "court boxes" down on the floor pushes section 103 further back from the court. The first 8 or so rows, beginning with row 1, will have very few seats in each row which many fans will be glad to know.

Lots of quality concession stands were near our seats, plenty of restrooms too. Elmore Smith's Smokehouse was just down the way at the main food court. Quaker Steak and Lube also has a stand at the food court too, they have some of the best wings I've ever had. The food is all expensive so make sure to bring plenty of cash with you, lines are usually pretty long too to give you a heads up.
Also, just outside of these seats is one of the few sets of elevators that will take you to the top level. Not that you will likely need to go up there, just so you know.
