Section 104 was a lower level section with an upper level feel. I say that only because we were tucked into the corner of the Northwest side of the court. I could see the plays and make out the players just fine, I was just left with something to be desired. The large tunnels in the corner is really what takes these seats below par. If I could have sat anywhere else, it would probably would have been in the 120s behind either the Cavs' or the Magic's bench. They're oriented towards the court very well, though. I will say that.

I parked in the Gateway East Garage which is the main parking garage. From there, you can just walk thru the Tower City area right into the arena (or even Progressive Field) without ever stepping outside. I really think most people's opinion about the city of Cleveland would change if they spent some time in this area of the city.
