Awesome seats! (129, row 19, seat 11). We were near the sideline the visiting team uses. Jumbo screens were on both sides of us and kept us in the loop for 4 quarters. The later rows will be your best bet for the best possible view in this section. Don't get fooled into thinking the seats closest to the field are the best because it just isn't true. Not really a bad seat in the place except for the upper corners. The upper sidelines are a great way to see a Patriots game without completely breaking the bank. You'll be able to access these seats by taking either the Bank of America Gate on the north side of the stadium or the UBid.com Gate on the south side of the stadium. Both are equally close. Expect a lot of traffic jams in the concourses. They're closed-aired and expect waits at the restrooms and food stands as well.
Everything else about going to a Patriots game is absurdly priced. Especially the parking ($40) which I think Kraft takes advantage of fans because there is nothing in the vicinity of Gillette Stadium besides Patriot Place. This place is out in the boonies with one way in and one way out! Take my advice and take the Commuter Rail from South Station to save time and money ($15 round trip).
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 129, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Patriots/Baltimore Ravens game at Gillette Stadium.
