We were right on the yard markers extending down the West sideline. It was definitely tough to read the yard markers from these seats but at least we weren't stuck behind one of the uprights because that would have made it much more difficult to see and follow the game. When the Pats or Texans called for a running play, we had no where idea where the ball was spotted or how far the RB got because we were in the end zone. From the sideline, you can see the running game much better.
The end zones definitely boast the most lively Pats fans in the stadium although there isn't a notoriously bad area at Gillette like there is at Cleveland (Dawg Pound) or Oakland (Black Hole). 141 probably won't be the seats most ideal for families and children. You can always opt for the alcohol free sections just to be safe. :D

Patriot Place is right next door to Gillette in case you don't feel like tailgating before the game or want to let the traffic fall out after the game before going to your car.
Traffic is indeed pretty horrendous since there's only one way in and out. With that in mind, plan accordingly because it will take you two hours to get to your seats if you're coming from Boston.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 141, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Patriots/Denver Broncos game at Gillette Stadium.
