Our seats were overlooking the Wizards bench (they had their back to us) but you can still get some great photos of the players as they come off the court. The tunnel they run into is also just down to the right so they enter and exit it numerous times throughout the game.
We were still close enough to tell who was who but John Wall was not playing. He is the backbone of this team and fans enjoy seeing his flashy plays.

Any seat in the 200s will do. Not a lot of steps to climb. All of the ushers are friendly and helpful. In the concourse near this section is a concession called 'Nothing but Net' and they have fruit and veggie options for those that are health conscious. But there are no obstruction in this section at least, so rest easy. I don't think you will be disappointed.
