Sat here on March 7th, 2012 for the Cavaliers game. (Post Lebron and the Nuggets still lost).
I had row 8 which to my surprise turned out to be the first row in this section. If I recall correctly, the last row was row 21 or 22 so it was a semi small Loge section.

Our seats were in the corner and above the tunnel the Cavaliers players run out of. Section 120 would be ideal for autographs from the visiting team if you get to the arena early enough.
There was plenty of space between each row, no complaints in terms of leg room.

I'm from Colorado Springs and drove in for the game just to visit the city. We stayed at the Westin Tabor Center which is where alot of the teams stay when they visit Denver; NBA and NHL. It's within walking distance of the arena but it's still a decent walk. There was a Six Flags next door to the arena and I plan on visiting it sometime during the summer months.

The concessions are sponsored by Aramark, they're reputable but whenever you see an arena sponsored by Levy Restaurants, you know the concessions are going to be quality. You can still expect to pay $9 for a regular domestic beer, it's a ripoff and I would always bring cash. Not every kiosk accepts credit card.
