To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 38, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Orioles/New York Yankees game at Camden Yards.

1 of the best sections in the ballpark if you like intimacy and being close to the field. You are literally right behind the catcher.
There are very few seats to a row in the sections behind home plate. More of a affluent crowd sits in these seats, not a bunch of drunk idiots.
There are roughly 30 rows here, not a bad seat in this section; my seats were in row 16 for a game last season.
Tickets in section 38 will be much more affordable than the same seats at other mlb ballparks.
