Took the family out for a Canucks/Minnesota Wild game two or three seasons ago and we sat here in row 13. Rogers Arena has one of the best NHL atmospheres although I've only been to Detroit other than Vancouver.
The rows were a little narrow but that's probably the same story at NHL arenas around the country. There were cup holders attached to the back of the rows in front, your knees will likely be touching them if you're over six feet. No matter how good or bad your seats are...there's hockey going on!!! And for all of you hockey fans that don't know what a Canuck is, it's a French Canadian...

Be sure to take the SkyTrain to Rogers Arena. There is a stop just outside of the stadium and will save you the headache and money of parking downtown.

To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 108, here is a Youtube video shot from row 1 during a Canucks vs. Nashville Predators game.
