Took my brother to his first Blues game last season. We loved our seats in row H, section 101. It was a great choice of seating, we saw plenty of checks against the glass which is what the crowd loves along with the fights. The corners are great for that sort of stuff.

The visiting team shot twice on this end of the ice so if you're a fan of the visiting team, section 101 would be a great choice of seating for you.

If you end up parking at Union Station, parking is rather cheap but if you decide to park in the center's designated parking areas, you can expect to be paying at least $15 to park.

Do not get up during the game to go to the concessions/bathroom , you will be booed and called out by the fans, even if you have a child who is the reason you're leaving. Wait until there is a stoppage of play, for whatever reason, hockey fans are sensitive to this unwritten rule.
