Caught a plane to Ottawa and rented a car to see my Penguins take on the Senators. Loved the city, Ottawa was much bigger than I had anticipated.
I've been to a lot of different NHL arenas, and this was definitely the most comfortable I have visited. The seats had plenty of room in the seats and a great view of the ice. The inside was nice too, but the comfort definitely makes this place what it is.
The only con of Scotiabank was when I was there it was in the middle of no where. Been a few years so they may have added restaurants and clubs in the nearby area, but when I was there, there was nothing in the surrounding area. My advice; get there early and park, eat after the game in the arena and leave late.
