Section 104 was definitely one of the smaller sections in the arena but some fans may actually prefer small sections to large sections. You'll have no shot at getting close to the glass if you sit in 104 because of the large tunnel that sits under the section. (Used for basketball games).

The view is still solid. Row 4 is the first row in the section and it extends thru row 16. There are plenty of great food concessions just outside of this section including Outtakes sushi although sushi may not be your food of choice at a hockey game.

There is also a 'Wetzel's Pretzels' just outside of this section as well. The arena will have all of the common beers your little heart will desire but will drain your bank account. I guess it's a deterrent to heavy drinking by fans.
