Not a bad view to be quiet honest. Bought two seats for my little brother and I to attend a Panthers game at kind of the last minute. It's on the terrace level so you'll see a lot of die hards up there who love the cheap seats and love hockey.
There are 16 rows, beginning with row 1. The stairs weren't all that steep, I think the arena was constructed very well on those terms. There are guardrails to help you get to your seat, I know some NHL arenas don't have them on the upper levels.
Only complaint was the scoreboard is 8 sided and because we were sitting in the corner, we couldn't really see one entire side of the screen. The game was a blast though, will definitely be back this season if the lockout doesn't take place.
