I am a Caroline Hurricanes season ticket holder, section 108 and have been for four seasons so I'm in this building a lot. I have been to concerts etc. There isn't a bad seat in the place. There are plenty of restrooms, the venders are very diverse and the prices for hockey are fairly reasonable for the venue.
In section 108, you won't be able to get close to the glass because of the tunnel (this is a college basketball arena too).

This is a small NHL market so the fans may not be as educated about the game as much as what you would find north of the border so don't come here as a visiting fan expecting some great hockey talk.
The fans do get loud though and have stood by the Hurricanes more than Whalers fans ever did.
