To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 20, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bruins/Detroit Red Wings game at the TD Garden.

I've sat in loge 20 a number of times as I've been coming to the Garden for many events over the years. For Bruins hockey, it's a great section if you enjoy the rough play around the net and against the glass. It doesn't have the best view mainly because seeing the other side of the ice can be challenging from some of the seats; especially those close to the glass.
There are way too many seats per row. I like small and intimate which is the appeal of club seats along with the free food and great views you get. The seats on the loge level are very comfortable with plenty of leg room as opposed to the balcony level.

Everyone has their seating preference. Loge 20 won't be for everyone.
