Ideal seats for the visiting team's fans that want to be near their team's tunnel. We made the trip to DC from Philly (easy trip) to see our Eagles in action. Don't care too much for the stadium. But our seats in 114 were awesome! 8 rows from the field! Tunnel was just to our right and we were able to shake a few hands before the game as players went back into the tunnel. The end zone area always has a bad reputation because fans worry about not being able to see the field for the goal posts but you won't have to worry about that in 114. View is very clear and open.
The Redskins tunnel was also to our right but in the opposite corner, it had a much bigger opening.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express about a mile from the stadium and we were able to meet a lot of Eagles fans at the hotel, I swear I think road games are funner than the home games at "The Linc". I wish the Eagles fan base were as well behaved as the Redskins fan base but that will never ever change.
There is no surrounding neighborhood at this place like you'll see in Baltimore. Baltimore's Inner Harbour is amazing. In fact, Fedex Field is a lot like Metlife Stadium in New Jersey. No restaurants, tons of parking, best accessed by light rail, a few miles from the city where you'll find all of the bars and restaurants your heart would desire.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 114, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Redskins/Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at Fedex Field.
