118 is a great section no matter which team you're seeing at the Coliseum- I've sat here for many games. For an A's game, these seats would sit almost directly behind homeplate. For Raiders games, they're just as good. We sat just to the left of the 50 yard line and also behind the Raiders bench which is definitely this section's main selling point. It's a little odd seeing a team emerge from the dugouts to take the field but it's what makes this place different from all of the other stadiums since it's the only one that still hosts a football and baseball team.
I will warn that the actual seats are very worn and dated but won't leave you feeling cramped. Most rows here will have 17 seats to a row. The ushers are pretty good about checking tickets and showing fans to their seats here so don't get any ideas if your tickets are in the 200s or 300s.
Lots of great food kiosks too. Ribs and Things and the Burger Shack offer quality eats but the prices are always a little ridiculous but I still find myself paying for them.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raiders/New Orleans Saints game at O.co Coliseum.

118 is on the 40 yard line right next to the Raiders tunnel where they run out. Also sits directly behind the Raiders sideline. These seats are heaven for any Raiders fan. There are 38 rows in 118. Seats aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.
