It's impossible to go wrong with seats here in 128. Especially if you're a fan of the visiting team because the visitor's sideline is right in front of this section so you'll have plenty of face time throughout the game. Every seat is located right on the 40 yard line and the height difference between each row makes sure that no fan will be able to stand up and block your view of the field.
Tickets for these seats will run you anywhere from between $120-$200 on any given Sunday during the season. Also depends on which row you choose, the closer you sit to row 40, the cheaper the tickets are going to be.
I have never found one specific source to have the best ticket deals, we've always paid handsomely for seats this good but Stub Hub is where we bought our tickets for this particular game. The concessions are also outrageously priced so come expecting to shell out some serious money for that if you pass on eating at one of the many restaurants near the stadium. RUB BBQ and Elwood Bar and Grille are two of my favorites in the area near the two stadiums. If you prefer more of a bar atmosphere, check out Cheli's Chili Bar. They've got rooftop areas to hang out at.
Detroit will eventually be complete when it comes to the sports scene if the Pistons ever move downtown to share an arena with the Red Wings. Downtown Detroit is surely making a comeback.
Go Lions!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 128, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Lions/Chicago Bears game at Ford Field.
