To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 141, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Section 141 sits just above the Browns tunnel in the corner endzone; there are 35 rows in section 141, rows are numbered 1-35. (This is the west endzone, not the Dawg Pound)
I bought my tickets thru Stubhub, paid about $100 for two tickets to a Bengals game last year: Row 17, seats 4 and 5. Not bad seats, you have a neat angle on the field except for when the teams are near the opposite endzone.
