To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 146, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Browns/Baltimore Ravens game at FirstEnergy Stadium.

The end zones seats are great but you need to be strategic when choosing your seats. My seats for 146, row 9 was for the Browns-St. Louis Rams game in 2011. I've sat all over this stadium and the lower rows will get you close to the field but it's nearly impossible to follow the ball when it gets close to the east end zone.

If you sit in the later rows of the end zone (30-40), you will miss the plays in the back of your own end zone because of all of the crowd movement. It's annoying because you will have to go by the crowd's reaction to know if the ball was caught or not. That's why you should stick with the rows in the middle (10-25). In those rows you'll be close but not too close and can still judge the depth of the opposite side of the field.

Browns games are fun no matter where you sit. Sit according to your preferences. 146 is a good section because it isn't in the dawg pound which consists of bleacher seats and drunken fans and also because 146 doesn't sit directly behind the uprights.
