Section 317 had 40+ rows but the closer you sit to row 1, the fewer seats there are going to be assigned to your row. And that's important because Browns fans in the Dawg Pound consume so much alcohol that they're constantly running to and from the bathroom and the beer line. Either way, if you want a fun experience, sit in the Dawg Pound, it's the notorious home of the rowdiest of Browns fans though I hear it's not quiet as rowdy as the Pound at the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium.
