I'm reviewing row 17, seats 12 and 13. Overall, a good row to sit in and most seats in 121 are good seats if you can get over the fact that the uprights act as a partial obstruction from some. The rows are relatively small so it's easy to gain access to the main aisle to leave.
There will be a lot of foot traffic in the area because the tunnel to these seats also serves as the entrance to the 200 numbered sections.

We walked down to the front row before the game and were able to take plenty of photos of the players warming up down on the field. If you want autographs, you'll have to stand near either tunnel, the Panthers use the tunnel near section 106.
You don't really get a good look at Uptown Charlotte unless your seats are on the upper level. Don't worry, if you're tailgating or taking the Lynx to Uptown, you'll get plenty of face time with the beautiful buildings in the distance.

There are plenty of hotels in the area if you aren't from Charlotte. The Omni and Marriott City Center are two of the nicest but stay where rooms are the most affordable to you.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 121, here is a Youtube video shot from row 10 during a Panthers/Green Bay Packers game at Bank of America Stadium.

Came here in 2010 to check out the Saints and Panthers from Orlando. 121 offers ok sight lines; I say ok only because you're almost directly behind the field goal posts which can make it hard to see some plays depending on which seat you have.

Love the city of Charlotte; its so clean and so was the stadium. The North Carolina Blue seats that fill the stadium are a nice touch.
