Went to the Cardinals-Bills game this previous season which ended up being an overtime loss. At least we had great seats! Row 20, seat 16 and 17. Our seats were just outside of Gate 1 which was on the same side of the stadium as the "Great Lawn". The seats are all standard with plenty of room to feel comfortable and move about when you need to get out and they aren't crammed in together. If you've got the money to buy the club seats on the second level, those have more cushioning and the vantage points are a little better up there. Section 110 was also on the same side of the field as the Cardinals sideline. You should have no troubles going down to row 1 to take a few quick photos as the teams warm up before the game or during halftime when they come back out onto the field.
Cardinals fans all seem to be good people that just enjoy being at the game and mingling with others. They're always willing to give fans advice on where to eat, drink, stay, shop. Your mind should be at ease if you're going to see your favorite team in Phoenix.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen about this stadium would be to have it in downtown Phoenix. Glendale is basically a large suburb and Phoenix's NHL team also plays next door but planning to see a lot of Phoenix and the Arizona Cardinals will unfortunately take a lot of fans an entire weekend.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 110, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Dallas Cowboys game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
