Bio: Vivid Seats is another "middle man marketplace" like Stubhub, TicketNetwork, TickPick and Viagogo that allows ticket owners to list and sell their tickets. They are based out of Chicago, IL.

Never buy from vivid seats if you want to be secured. We purchased 2 tickets for fight event, which was cancelled, but vividseats don't want to issue the refund. They have FAQ and 100% satisfaction guarantee, which are total bullshit. They don't care about their clients at all, only profit.

Tried to get rid of two Houston Texans tickets last season on Vivid Seats. Listed the tickets for below face value and for two weeks, still couldn't get rid of them. Not the website's fault but Stubhub is a bigger name so if you're trying to sell your tickets, do it on Stubhub. You'll have a greater likelihood of selling them. In regards to buying tickets on Vivid Seats, haven't done so yet.
