215 was a great section behind the goal even though it wasn't a club section. It was part of the "Terrace". The club level is better than the first in my opinion because you're higher up and overlooking the court with a bird's eye view. It's always a little tough to see the other side of the court from behind the basket but if you can find affordable tickets here, I think you'll be happy.
I've never been to any other NBA arena but I plan on visiting others to see how Chesapeake Energy sizes up with the rest. I hear US Airways in Phoenix is definitely worth the visit. You'll be impressed by Chesapeake's size but then again not overwhelmed by it either.
