Much better seats than I had anticipated even though I thought we would have been seated on the main level of the arena. I've decided that I like sitting a little higher up but not upper level. Kudos to the Forum builders who built this place with 3 levels of seats. Regular section 112 sat below these on the bottom level. Saw the Grizzlies play the LA Clippers (January 2012). Our seats were in row LL, seats 17, 18. We were on the 2nd level club level but didn't have club access to their restaurants like Blue Note and Opus. We did, however, eat two appetizers and a few drinks before the game at the Jack Daniels Bar. All fans have access to that one. There were plenty of concession stands near our section; they all have neat nicknames paying homage to Memphis' soul and music history. Beers are in excess of $7 but show me a stadium with cheap concessions. There aren't any!
The Grizzlies lost big time but I was excited to finally see players like Blake Griffin and Chris Paul in person. The Clippers are an NBA team on the rise! The arena wasn't even full, it was a Monday night game but as soon as this team makes the playoffs, the entire city acts like they're die hards.
