Small section. Much smaller than the surrounding sections so less seats will be assigned to your row and there won't be nearly as many steps leading up to your seats. Easy to find via the concourse, there is always plenty of signage and staff members to help you find your seats if you have trouble. I have sat both upper and lower levels for Rockets games and their both completely different experiences. If you're a seasoned NBA fan, you won't find it hard to enjoy the view.
