The general consensus around the NBA is to avoid any seat along the baseline; upper or lower levels. I was given these seats so I couldn't really complain but they were much better than I had anticipated. It's hard to get excited for a game when you're going to be sitting upper level because the atmosphere is so relaxed up there. Plus, the Toyota Center isn't all that big so the sight lines are pretty good because there are only two levels of seating.
If you go to other NBA arenas like the Staples Center, United Center or Madison Square Garden, there are three or four levels of seating so don't worry about your view of the court from section 434 because it's a good one.
