To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 138, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Giants game at AT&T Park.

Center section of the left field bleachers. Very affordable seats, great place to catch home run balls during batting practice.
No view of the jumbotron unless you are in the first few row of this section. Bummer.
