You'll love these seats! Above the visitors dugout and third base with an equally good view of the outfield in left field. Could sit here for every game but I always sit in a different spot it seems like. I don't have a preference but the Caesar's Club is a sure way to enjoy a game. Short lines at concessions and restrooms, friendly fans that know how to behave and don't over drink.
The seats aren't super wide but are great for comfort! You'll also have a straight ahead view of the two main scoreboards in center field. The out of town scoreboard is in upper left field - was kind of hard to see from these seats.
As a Met fan that called Shea Stadium a second home, I may be a little biased towards this ballpark but I really like it. I come to 5-10 Met games each season, as many as I can afford. The seating is all good and the concessions are conveniently located and well planned out. It is expensive but New York is an expensive place to visit in general. Beers are right at if not more than $10 at Mets/Yankees games. Hot dogs aren't much cheaper but they're Nathan's Hot Dogs at Citi Field so you know you're getting a good product. If you have a debit or credit card with Citi, you'll be able to get discounts all over the ballpark, just so you know.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 329, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Mets game at Citi Field.
