Great seats! Saw the Detroit Tigers vs. the Twins. 107 is really close to the Twins dugout and is located right where the infield meets the outfield. There are roughly 25 rows of seats if I recall correctly, a ticket will cost you around $45 a ticket on weeknights, maybe even more for weekend games. Pretty sure the Twins use a dynamic pricing model for their tickets so some games will be cheaper to attend.
Not quiet a hot spot for foul balls but the first base coach may occasionally toss one to fans sitting in this area.
The fans seem to be so-so interested. I don't think as many are as knowledgeable about the game as many people give them credit for. Now, the Minnesota Wild, that's another story.

There are a lot of establishments fans can visit before the game to save money. The Warehouse District has it all. Highly recommend Pizza luce. Rosen's Bar is also a fun spot.

I can't compliment the Twins fans enough. Loud when they needed to be, didn't get in the aisles were players were at bat, were very friendly to the Tigers fans at the ballgame. You should never feel uncomfortable about wearing your opposing jersey into this stadium, nothing like the ballparks in the Northeast.
Old time Twins fans will love the statues in target plaza dedicated to the Big Three: Carew, Puckett and Harmon Killebrew.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 107, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Twins game at Target Field.
