Very easy section to sneak into. You won't want to unless you have upper level seats and the ballpark is mostly sold out. The ushers guarding the terrace sections are often very laid back. You also receive a lot of shade from the sun if seated in this section. Downside? No view of the scoreboard; only one scoreboard in the entire ballpark. No views of the river and you can't see the plays made at the wall/warning track.

I come to Reds games all of the time and very rarely will you see a good number of people sitting in this section. The terrace sucks. Some of the terrace seats are underneath the overhang which keeps you from seeing pop ups. And you also can't see the jumbo tron at all. That's why they have so many little tvs placed in the aisles so you can see what's on the jumbo tron.

The left field foul pole is in plain sight but it doesn't outright block your view of any part of the field in this section. If you're a fan that just wants a cheap seat close to the field, 106 may be ideal for you. It's a small section so you won't have to battle too many crowds on this side of the ballpark at all. Behind home plate is where all of the crowds tend to flock since that's the main entrance to the ballpark too.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 106, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Reds game at Great American Ballpark.
