Although I assumed 153 would be a little disconnected from the infield which it was, the view was still great. Extremely close to both left fielders and a spot where foul balls seem to frequent so keep a watchful eye, those things hurt.
The ballpark as a whole is pretty run of the mill. Shame to think that Jerry Reinsdorf said no to the Camden Yards design upon initial construction of this place. Part of me wishes the organization would have been like the Cubs and preserved old Comiskey Park. You can still see imprints of Old Comiskey outside of U.S. Cellular in the parking lot. But I think a lot of fans will enjoy the statues throughout the ballpark of Fisk, Baines, Comiskey and Frank Thomas so bring your cameras.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 153, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a White Sox/Minnesota Twins game at U.S. Cellular Field.
