Actual 'Standing Room Only' tickets go on sale two hours before sold out games at the Camden Yards ticket booths. Awesome place to stand and drink but you have to get there early and it's easy to lose your spot at the railing because there will be lines of fans sitting behind you waiting to get to the front.
Standing room only tickets are $9 per person and I think a little more for the Yankees and Red Sox series. Other than that, you can stand there for every game along the railing, there are two designated spots. One above the bullpens and one in right field near the right field foul pole.
