Sat here last season for the opening game of the Cincinnati Reds series. Chase Field was practically empty that night. I think the attendance was somewhere around 17K so it felt like a ghost town since this place holds upwards of 50K people. It wasn't anything like the Boston Red Sox series a couple of years ago.
I just wanted to see Aroldis Chapman, the Cuban missile. He saved the game for the Reds and the Dbacks lost.

125 will allow you to see the Diamondbacks players in the batter's circle and then their walk up the plate. You'll be behind it all but also behind section L. I wish there could be a little more room at the arm rests but the Diamondbacks will probably have a new ballpark before any renovations take place. Getting in and out of the row can be challenging, make sure you wait until an inning is over before leaving your seat. It's just the polite thing to do.

I love the surrounding area. Both Alice Cooper and Dan Majerle have restaurants adjacent to the ballpark. I always take the light rail to get here and rarely drive.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 125, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Diamondbacks game at Chase Field.
