To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 109, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Lightning game at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

109 is right behind the goalie. Perfect view of the ice and jumbotron in the upper center of the arena. Big section with a lot of rows so if you have tickets in the lower rows you will have quiet a journey to the concourse area.

Overall, had a good experience sitting here. Paid $100 for my two tickets my my son and I.
