To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 104, here is a Youtube video shot from row G (seat 10 and 11) during a Coyotes/Ottawa Senators game.

Took my brother to his first NHL game and we sat here in row S. We were a few rows from the very top of the section and as a general reminder, if you don't like walking thru tons of people to go to the bathrooms and concessions, stay away from the corners of the arena.

The view was amazing, we could see everything and had were just a few steps from the concourse. The fans could be more rabid and into the game but I think Phoenix is a city with plenty of people transplanted.
