To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 103, here is a Youtube video shot from row F before Coyotes/Minnesota Wild game.

Even though 103 is located on the corner of the ice, this is a great section for Coyotes fans because the Coyotes shoot twice on this side of the ice. The seats are surprisingly affordable in this section compared to other NHL arenas; anywhere from $40-$75 per ticket depending on the game.
For the non hockey fans, the surrounding area of this arena is spectacular with a movie theater, shopping, bars and restaurants. The city of Glendale has made a valiant effort at trying to create a fun atmosphere to attract fans but it isn't working too well.
