We sat in row 8 of 454 for the Dolphins-Pittsburgh Steelers game in October of 2010. The view wasn't bad but it was far from great. I would definitely try to stick with rows 1-8, otherwise you're going to feel a little disconnected from the game and end up having to climb a ton of stairs. (There are 30 rows in this section).

454 is a great way to experience a Dolphins game for cheap if you're on a budget but it won't give you the full NFL experience. The lower level will be a completely different experience and you will get much more out of the game in terms of sights and sounds.
