My girlfriend surprised me on my birthday last year with Lakers/76ers tickets. Best birthday gift ever. It was on a Monday night but the Wells Fargo Center was still packed to the rafters. When the Lakers are in town, the tickets quadruple in price which is why we were seated in section 209A when we would usually be in the lower levels because tickets are extra cheap down there too, especially for week night games.
These seats were alright. We sat in row 7, seats 3 and 4. Row 15 is usually the very last row in the upper level so avoid any seat in the 'teens'. There were no cup holders and the players looked like ants but I could watch the plays form really well (what few plays were ran). If you're an X's and O's type of basketball fan then you won't mind section 209A at all. But if you're a casual basketball fan like my girlfriend, you'll likely be miserable because being close to the court helps keep you more into what's going on.
One thing I love about the Wells Fargo Center is the red wine colored seats. Just like the green seats at Lincoln Financial Field, I think having team colored seats definitely gives the home team a little bit of an advantage.
