Purchased two tickets from Ticket Monster for the Nets/Clippers game just before the All Star Game a few weeks ago. It was a great game; the Nets won by two points and the game almost went into overtime. I shelled out $300 for two tickets which is pricey but unfortunately, you have to pay good money to see an NBA game in this city and have halfway decent seats. I don't recall the row we sat in but we were halfway up the section. Finding our seats was very easy. We had a good view of the floor and an even better view of the Clippers bench down in front. There are some good concessions at Barclays including Brooklyn Burgers, Habana Outpost and Fatty Cue BBQ. However, if you've never had Shake Shack before, it's just down the street from the arena. Better food and much cheaper. Eat there before or after the game.
To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 15, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Nets/Chicago Bulls game at the Barclays Center.
