211 does have some railing that could bother your view of the ice; especially if you have an aisle seat. But more than likely, your view of the ice will be just fine. It's in the upper level corners which I typically hate but at the HP Pavilion, these seats are actually rather good. Especially in the lower rows.

We were in close proximity to the concourse and there are t.v.s out there so you won't miss any of the game while getting yourself another beer. But you should reserve that for the intermissions. Aramark handles the arena's food vendors from what I hear, so don't expect anything special and expect it to be overpriced.
