Our seats in 130 weren't bad seats at all. The sections in the 100s are small compared to the first level and the top level (not many rows or seats per row).
My wife and I sat row 5, there are 8 rows total. They call the 100s the mezzanine at the Rock. The line of sight of the ice was great although we would have preferred to have been closer to the glass but the tickets aren't very affordable to the average fan; not my fault.

You can't really make out the faces of the players from 130 but you can follow them on the jumbo tron fairly easily because of it's sheer size.
If you're a hockey fan that doesn't have to sit right upon the glass, then these seats will suit you well. Me, I like intimacy and the full hard hitting NHL experience.
