These seats actually aren't bad at all. I sat here last season for a game against the Flyers in row 7. Atmosphere was great, tickets are a little more affordable on the upper levels.

Upper levels are known as the balconies. Don't expect to purchase tickets in 101 and be sitting lower level mid ice, these seats are actually near the top.
