To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 328, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bruins/Canadiens game a few seasons back.

Balcony level section, corner of the ice. 15 rows. The closer to the front of the section the better. However, in the first few rows, you will have tons of fans walking in front of you to get to their seats.
300's at the TD Garden are actually on the 2nd level so the view is pretty good no matter where you sit.
