Here is a second Youtube video shot from section 18 during a game winning goal in the playoffs vs. the Tampa Bay Lightning. Video will give you a good idea as far as what to expect when watching the Bruins at the Garden during the playoffs.

There are 20 rows in section 18. Rows are numbered 1 thru 20. You are right over the left shoulder of the goalie. Whenever you sit behind the goalie, you will want to be higher up, the view of the ice is great, almost as good as being mid-ice. Go Bruins!
