Was surprised to find out that our seats were still on the first tier of seating and not on the 2nd level - Just a little bit higher up than the lower level end zone seats so our view was pretty ideal for viewing the game. Was a little hard to keep up with the running game here since we were in the end zone but overall, this is some place I would sit again for a Steelers game vs. whoever.
You can count on spending at least $100 a ticket on any seat in 200. The rows are lettered A-Q; the same goes for this row of sections in the Northern end zone.
When it snows, the back half of the section will have cover and will also provide cover during those hot 1pm games in September, FYI.

One thing I would definitely recommend you check out when coming to Heinz Field is the Fedex Great Hall on the east side of the stadium in the main concourse. It's basically an interactive area paying tribute to the history of the Steelers franchise. I hear it's covered in the Heinz Field tour which only costs $7, so you may get more out of it by taking the tour and then coming to the game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 220, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Steelers/Philadelphi a Eagles game at Heinz Field.
