To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 129, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Chiefs/Pittsburgh Steelers game at Arrowhead Stadium.

I bought my husband seats for row 12 for a Chiefs vs. 49ers game in 2010. There was so much red that it was hard to distinguish between the Chiefs fans and the 49ers fans. (There were a lot of 49ers fans, former bandwagons leftover from the Montana-Young-Rice days I would assume).

The Chiefs won big, it wasn't even close. There were a lot of "rowdies" in section 129. You know, the guys that pound beers out in the parking lot before the game. To our left was the 49ers sideline and to our right was the Chiefs sideline. You're close enough to be able to make out the faces of every player almost and if not, you'll at least be able to read the name on the back of their jersey.

Bathrooms and concessions aren't that easily accessible. If you're in the lower rows, you're looking at 30+ steps to climb to get to the concourse area. Not fun, and you run the risk of missing a lot of the action this way. For that reason, rows 15-30 are probably the most ideal. I was very happy with our selection in row 12 though.
