Our seats had a pretty good view, still close enough to hear all of the hard hits and audibles from the QB's down on the field. The end zone seats aren't as bad as what many fans make them out to be, they're even better than the seats in the lower corner of the stadium. Even seats past row 30 are pretty good. Row 38 is the last row in most of the lower level sections.
Any seat you can buy between the 10 yard lines in rows 15-30, are phenomenal- been coming to Arrowhead Stadium since the 90s.
There are drink holders in every seat on the lower and club levels. However, the upper deck seats will not have drink holders. They don't call them the cheap seats for nothing.
The amount of leg space fans get is pretty suspect so unless you're in the club seats, I wouldn't expect the most comfortable experience; this place is pretty old.

My favorite feature of the stadium is the Hall of Honor area where fans can read up on the history of Lamar Hunt and this great franchise. It's very similar to the Steelers' Great Hall at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

I think most of what makes the experience at Chiefs games is the fans and how passionate they are about the team. Even during the 2-14 season last year, fans were still loud when they were supposed to be and critical when they shouldn't be. God love them.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 111, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Chiefs/San Diego Chargers game at Arrowhead Stadium.
