Came for the Bears-Seahawks game last year. Unbelievable game that ended in a Bears loss in overtime but the experience was first class. We were in row 18, the 2nd to last row available but still felt right on top of the field. I like that the end zone seats are separated into three levels so there isn't one such section with 40 rows (ever been to Lambeau Field?). No bleacher seats either, every seat is it's own individual seat with a drink holder. One thing I will say is that Bears fan are very welcoming to the fans of the visitors. I know some people see the behavior Cubs fans display at games and probably anticipate Bears fans to be jerks but that's definitely not the case overall.
If you're looking for the Bears pro shop, they're near Gate 3 and one near gate 43. Wrigleyville Sports near Wrigley Field has the best selection for Bears apparel in my opinion. No visit to Soldier Field is the same without eating a Bratwurst or Polish sausage ($8). The sausages are supplied by Bobat's, a local company. If there is one thing Packers and Bears fans have in common, it's their love for football and sausages. They go hand in hand.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 152, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bears/Seattle Seahawks game at Soldier Field.
